Javier Pinzón Todd, M.Sc.

Javier Pinzón is the CEO and strategy director at doHealth. With 18 years of experience, the last one in consulting and 17 years in the technology and medical devices industry, developing technology-based projects, working globally with innovation companies, service and manufacturing companies.
Javier has extensive experience in business management, planning and commercial strategy. He is an expert in the integral management of the supply chain, promoting the development of products and solutions and their commercialization through public procurement models and models such as PPPs and Integral Services.
Prior to founding doHealth, Javier participated in different committees of the governing body of Innovation, financial, market intelligence and R & D, directing the business strategy. He held the position of Director of Business Development, leading the market access strategies, the development of integrated solutions and the launch and consolidation of highly innovative medical devices.
His experience in the health sector covers diagnostic and therapeutic areas such as cardiovascular, diabetes, CKD, general surgery, transplantation and minimally invasive techniques, the design and development of innovative products for intensive care and cardiac care, the administration of projects and the valuation of technology for its funding and subsequent commercialization.
He graduated from the UIA as a biomedical engineer also has a master’s degree in biomedical engineering from the UAM-I and a master’s degree in administration from ITAM. He also has a Project Management diploma from ITAM and a Business Management diploma from the IPADE.
He is author and co-author of several technological developments and inter-institutional linkage papers, as well as a speaker in different academic and business forums.
Mariú Lucía Brenner, M.P.H.
Partner and Intelligence Director
Mariú Brenner is Partner and Director of Market Intelligence at doHealth. With over 10 years of experience, she has participated in projects related to health systems and services management, value chain integration, health economics projects, technology evaluation and innovation management.
As a consultant, she has directed market analysis projects, advising research, development and innovation projects, growth of productive capacities and development of business models with technology-based companies, hospital operation processes and information technologies in the health sector.
As an expert, she participated in the development of the Technology Road Map of medical devices in Mexico, a project led by PROMEXICO, and during the last year, inside doHealth, she developed technology evaluation projects, health economics for medical devices and market analysis.
She coordinated projects to identify and develop business opportunities in the international market, a joint project with Medical Valley, a medical device cluster in Erlangen, Germany, and a network creation program and strategic alliances with COMECYT-TechBA and Buffalo Niagara Enterprise, a cluster of health companies in New York.
She has a degree in Biomedical Engineering from the UIA and a Master Degree in Health Systems Administration from the INSP. She also has a diploma in Marketing of the Pharmaceutical Industry and Medical Devices by the UVM, Course of Evaluation of Sanitary Technology by the University of Glasgow, Diploma in Technological Liaison and Strategic Planning by the ADIAT and Diploma in Public-Private Partnerships by the ITESM
María Rosa Nieto Delfín, Ph. D.
Consultant and statistical model expert
María Rosa Nieto is a consultant expert in doHealth in economic and statistical models, she has 20 years of experience in the development of actuarial and financial models.
She is currently a research professor at the Anahuac University in the area of economics and administration and is a specialist in financial econometrics and risk analysis. She is a National Research System member since 2017.
Maria Rosa collaborates with doHealth since its foundation in the development of health economics studies and cost-effectiveness models in medical technology. Prior to that, she collaborated in the development of demand models for kidney and cardiovascular disease. She is also a demand planning and forecasting expert.
She is the author and co-author of several scientific publications and has participated in original research in Mexico and Spain.
She has a bachelor degree in Actuary from ITAM, a Doctorate in Economics from the University and Quantitative Methods and a Master of Science in Economic Analysis, both from the Carlos III University of Madrid in Spain.
